At the edge of the land, the entrance of the sea, surrounded by bush and held in place

A 90-Minute Day Experience

Coastal Elements

Coastal Elements is a series of low-impact, nature-based wellbeing experiences designed to help people slow down, reconnect with themselves, and attune to the rhythms of the coast.

Held within the natural landscape of Tomaree Headland, each session weaves together evidence-informed wellness practices with deep place-based awareness. Guided breathwork, gentle movement, meditation, sensory immersion, and reflective practices invite participants into a state of presence and nervous system regulation — without the need to retreat from everyday life.

Neither a fitness class nor a traditional retreat, Coastal Elements exists in the space between wellbeing and wildness. The land itself becomes the facilitator, offering space for restoration, clarity, and grounded connection through simple, intentional practices that honour the cultural, ecological, and contemplative nature of the Headland.
