Silent Sleepcation Retreat
Three nights of deep rest, quiet ritual and renewal
Be the First to Rest
Silent Sleepcation Retreat is coming to the Port Stephens Koala Sanctuary in April 2027.
Places will be intentionally limited to keep the experience intimate, spacious and deeply restorative.
Join the priority list to receive the full retreat details, first access to bookings and an exclusive subscriber-only launch offer when places are released.
Silent Sleepcation is an invitation to step away from the noise, demands and constant stimulation of everyday life and return to the natural rhythms of rest.
Through dedicated periods of silence, restorative sleep rituals, meditation, nourishing sattvic food, gentle movement, creativity and time in nature, we create the conditions for the body to soften, the nervous system to settle and the mind to become quiet.
There is nowhere to rush to, nothing to achieve and no expectation to be productive. Simply time and space to rest deeply, listen inwardly and remember what it feels like to be truly restored.
That small change makes the promise clearer while preserving the beauty and simplicity of the original.
The Journey Flow
THURSDAY
Arrive, Exhale and Enter
Arrive between 4:00 and 6:00 pm and settle into your room. We’ll share a nourishing dinner, opening ritual and introduction to the retreat. Then, we’ll enter our first period of silence.
➡
FRIDAY
Sleep, Settle and Restore
Begin the day with gentle movement, meditation and a nourishing breakfast. Explore restorative sleep through guided practices, nature time and plenty of space to rest. Nap, read, journal or simply enjoy doing nothing.
➡
Immerse in Quiet
SATURDAY
Settle deeper into rest with meditation, gentle movement and sleep rituals. Spend time in nature, enjoy slow sattvic meals and allow the nervous system to soften. Silence creates space for reflection, creativity and deeper listening.
➡
SUNDAY
Gently Re-emerge
Begin with gentle movement, meditation and breakfast before slowly emerging from silence. We’ll come together for connection, reflection and a closing ritual. Depart around 12:00–1:00 pm, carrying the feeling of rest home with you.
Silence, without pressure
Although silence is an important part of the retreat, this will not be a completely silent three-night experience. There will be clearly guided periods of silence, balanced with sleep workshops, shared rituals, guided experiences and moments of genuine connection.
Silence gives the nervous system a break from constant conversation and social expectation. It can quiet mental noise, deepen awareness, support reflection and help us notice what the body is asking for. You will be gently supported throughout, so you never need to wonder when to speak or what is expected of you.
Space to choose what you need
Not every moment will be scheduled. Each day will include dedicated nap time and generous periods of free time. You may choose to:
Receive a massage or treatment from one of our allied health partners
Rest by the pool or enjoy the spa and sauna
Read, journal or spend time creatively
Wander quietly through nature
Sleep—or simply do absolutely nothing
Everything is an invitation. This retreat isn’t about fitting more into your day. It is about creating enough space to discover what genuinely restores you.
