Where coast, breath, & awareness meet

A Half-Day Guided Coastal Wellness Journey

The Spirit of Tomaree

The Spirit of Tomaree is a premium, guided coastal wellness experience set in the Tomaree and Port Stephens region of New South Wales.

It is an immersive, place-based journey that weaves together meditation, breathwork, mindful movement, gentle walking, nature immersion, and cultural respect across some of the regionโ€™s most iconic and spiritually resonant locations.

Rather than a fast-paced tour, this experience is intentionally slow, reflective, and restorativeโ€”inviting participants to reconnect with land, sea, and self through presence, awareness, and sensory engagement.

Professionally guided and carefully paced, the journey blends wellbeing practices with storytelling, silence, wildlife encounters, and coastal exploration to create a meaningful connection between people and place.
